I hired Angie (Organized Chaos) to help organize the 4 bedroom closets in my home. I live in one of the duplexes in the Blackberry Creek Subdivision in Elburn (Rosecliff floorplan).
What I needed was to make better use of the vertical space in my closets, since the rooms have high ceilings. After the free consultation, Angie emailed me a 13-page closet plan, with color pictures, prices and links in case I wanted to buy the materials on my own. I was blown away by the level of detail provided!
Her husband, Jason, was able to do the install over a weekend. Not only did they almost double the space in my Master Bedroom closet by installing upper & lower hanging racks on the long wall (leaving racks on the short wall to hang longer items like pants and dresses), they installed hooks to hang my purses on the wall that wasn’t being utilized. That’s something I hadn’t even thought of!
In the smaller walk-in closet in my Master Bedroom, they installed adjustable wire shelving on the short wall where I can store clear plastic bins with items for my office (paper, envelopes, folders, binders, etc.).
For the closets in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, they installed upper & lower hanging racks on the right half, leaving longer hanging racks on the left. In addition, those closets didn’t have any lighting, so Jason was able to install lights with a pull cord making it so much easier to see what’s in the closets!
I HIGHLY recommend utilizing the talents of Angie with Organized Chaos! She has great ideas (ask her about her hanger suggestion 😊) and I couldn’t be happier with what she & Jason did in my home!
